Guide to Linking Student Accounts

This tutorial will explain how to link a student account. Linking a student account is the process where a student connects their AIO Class account to the name that has been created by their teacher, so that later the student can use AIO Class according to their personal data.

Linking a student account is the process where a student connects their AIO Class account to the student data that has already been created by the teacher in the system.

This linking is not mandatory, because teachers can still use AIO Class without students linking their accounts, but it will not be optimal. If students do not link their accounts, they will not be able to utilize features that require student input, such as the online exam feature, assignment feature, feedback feature, and information feature.

For example, at the PAUD and kindergarten levels, students do not use gadgets yet, so linking is not necessary. However, it is highly recommended for parents to perform the linking so they can still monitor student progress through the application.

Here are the steps that students need to follow to link their accounts:

  • Make sure you already have a student account on the AIO Class application.
  • On the main page, click Link.


  • Then click the Link it (+) button.


  • In the Class Code field, enter the class code. You can get the class code from your teacher.


  • Then click Check.
  • If the code is correct, information about the class name, school, and academic year will appear.


  • In the Connect your account to student section, select your name.


  • Then click Join.
  • A class with a Pending status will appear. This means that the account linking request has been received by the admin and is awaiting approval.


  • Once the request is approved, the Pending status will change to Approved.
