In this tutorial, it will be explained how to link a teacher account to a school that has already been created by another teacher or the school admin. The purpose is so that you and other teachers at the same school can collaborate in using the AIO Class application.
One of the shared data that can be used together is student data. So, if the admin has already created the student data, you and the other teachers can use that student data.
Here is how to join a school:
- Login to the AIO Class application as a Teacher.
- After successfully logging in, click Setting.


- Click the (+) button.
- In the Join to Existing School section, type the code you received from the school admin. The school admin is the person who first created the school account. However, an admin/school account creator can later assign other teachers as admins as well.

- Click Check.
- If the code is correct, the school name and the name of the admin who created the school will be displayed.

- Click on Link your account to a teacher, then select your name.

- An information will be displayed that the request status is Pending. This means the request to link the account has been received by the admin and is waiting for approval.

- When you submit a linking request, the school admin will receive a notification about the new request.
- Once approved, the request status will change to Approved.
