This tutorial explains how to use the individual assignment feature in the AIO Class application.
With this feature, teachers can assign individual tasks with adjustable deadlines, and students can submit their assignments online.
Through this feature, teachers can also easily provide grades and feedback. Parents can monitor their child's assignments to track their learning progress.
This tutorial will guide you on how to utilize the individual assignment feature using the mobile application. You can also use the web-based application by accessing the page app.aioclass.com.
Adding Individual Assignments
- Login as a teacher.
- Click the Assignment menu.

- In the assignment list, you will also see the newly created assignments. Since you created assignments for four classes earlier, there will be four assignment entries.

Grading Student Assignments
After students complete and submit the assignments through the AIO Class application, you will need to grade them. Here’s how:
- Go to the Assignment menu.
- Click on the assignment entry you want to grade. For example, in this tutorial, we will grade the assignment for class I.A.
- Then click Detail.

- You will see that the student named Alexander Barnes has submitted the assignment.
- To grade this student, click on the student's name, then select Rate Assignment.

- The document submitted by the student will appear. If the submitted file is in PDF or Image format, it will be displayed directly without needing to download. However, if it is in a different format, the file must be downloaded first.
- On this page, you can provide grades and feedback by filling in:
- Score = type the score you want to give.
- Feedback = type the feedback you want to provide (optional).

- Click Save to apply the grading, or you can click Save and Check Another to save and continue grading the next student.
- If you want to reject a student's assignment, you can type the reason in the Reject Assignment section, then press the Reject Assignment button.
- When you reject an assignment, the student can resubmit it if there is still time available.
- After grading, it will be shown that the score has been recorded.

- After you have graded or rejected the assignment, students and parents will also receive a notification.
